Oppo A6i+ 5G was introduced in China on Monday, together with the Oppo A6v 5G. Both models can now be pre-ordered on the Oppo China online shop. The Oppo A6i+ 5G comes in two color options and three different storage choices, whereas the Oppo A6v 5G is offered in three colors but has only one RAM and storage variant. The Oppo A6i+ 5G features a large 7,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging through a wired connection. In contrast, the Oppo A6v 5G has a smaller 6,500mAh battery. Both devices include 50-megapixel main cameras at the back. The cost of the Oppo A6i+ 5G in China starts at CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs. 20,000) for the entry-level model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Meanwhile, the more advanced version, which has 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, is priced at CNY 1,599 (around Rs. 21,000). The highest variant with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is available for CNY 1,799 (about Rs. 24,000). On the other hand, the Oppo A6v 5G is available in one configuration of 8GB RAM and 256GB storage for CNY 1,199 (about Rs. 16,000).
The new Oppo smartphones are set to be available for purchase in the country starting February 6 through the Oppo China online shop. The Oppo A6i+ 5G comes in Glacier White and Chestnut Velvet Brown colors, while the Oppo A6v 5G is offered in Glacier Blue, Wilderness Green, and Titanium Rock Purple colors. Both the Oppo A6i+ 5G and Oppo A6v 5G are dual SIM devices. They feature 6.75-inch HD+ (720x1,570 pixels) LCD displays with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz, a pixel density of 256 ppi, peak brightness of up to 1,125 nits, full sRGB support, capable of showing 16.7 million colors, and a touch sampling rate of up to 240Hz. Both phones are driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which has two cores for high performance and six cores for efficiency, reaching a peak clock speed of 2.4GHz. For photography, both models in the Oppo A6 series are equipped with dual rear camera setups, featuring a primary 50-megapixel (f/1.8) camera and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) monochrome camera. The Oppo A6i+ 5G has an 8-megapixel (f/2.0) camera for selfies, while the Oppo A6v 5G has a 5-megapixel (f/2.2) front camera. Both smartphones can record videos at a maximum of 1080p at 60 frames per second.
The Oppo A6i+ 5G comes with a robust 7,000mAh battery, while the Oppo A6v 5G is powered by a 6,500mAh battery. Both smartphones include support for 45W SuperVOOC fast wired charging. They also come with fingerprint scanners located on the side for added security. The dimensions of the Oppo A6i+ 5G and the Oppo A6v 5G are 166.6x78. 51x8. 61mm. The weight of the A6i+ 5G is around 216g, while the A6v 5G is slightly lighter at about 212g.
