Samsung Galaxy Book 6 series was launched in India on Friday, more than a month after it was revealed in the UK and other regions. This series features the top model Galaxy Book 6 Ultra, the Galaxy Book 6 Pro, and the regular Galaxy Book 6 versions. All three laptops will be available for purchase in India through the company’s website and at Samsung's approved physical stores. The Ultra and Pro variants come in one color, whereas the regular version is available in two color choices. The new Galaxy Book 6 series laptops use Intel's newest Panther Lake processors. In India, the starting price for the Samsung Galaxy Book 6 Ultra is Rs. 2,42,990 for the version with Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 3 processor. The 14-inch Galaxy Book 6 Pro is priced at Rs. 1,78,990 in India for the entry-level model that has an Intel Core Ultra 5 Series 3 processor, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. These laptops are available in a single Gray color.

Furthermore, the cost of the 14-inch Samsung Galaxy Book 6 in India begins at Rs. 1,27,990 for the same processor, RAM, and storage configuration as the Pro variant. This laptop can be found in Gray and Silver color options. However, these prices for the new laptops may include bank discounts. Additionally, the company is providing interest-free EMI plans for up to 24 months or a cashback offer of as much as Rs. 5,000. Customers with a valid student ID can also benefit from an extra discount of up to 10 percent. The Samsung Galaxy Book 6 series will be up for grabs in India via the Samsung online shop and other authorized offline sales channels. The top-of-the-line Samsung Galaxy Book 6 Ultra comes with Windows 11 Home. It has a 16-inch WQXGA+ (2,880x1,800 pixels) AMOLED touchscreen that can reach a peak brightness of up to 1,000 nits. It also includes an anti-glare coating. This model is powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra X7 Series 3 Evo Edition processor, an Intel NPU offering up to 50 TOPS, and an Nvidia GeForce 5070 GPU.

Furthermore, this laptop comes with a maximum of 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM and a 1TB PCle SSD for its internal storage. The Galaxy Book 6 Ultra includes a 2-megapixel 1080p Full-HD webcam. The device is designed with a Samsung Two Tone Pro backlit keyboard and a touch-sensitive trackpad. It also has an 80.20Wh battery that supports 140W fast charging through a wired connection. The I/O ports available on the Samsung Galaxy Book 6 Ultra consist of two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB Type-A port, a MicroSD card slot, an audio jack, and one HDMI 2.1 port. The laptop's dimensions are 356.9×248×15.4mm, and it weighs around 1.89kg. The Samsung Galaxy Book 6 Pro operates on the same version of Windows as the Ultra model. There will be three different display options, including a 16-inch touchscreen, a 16-inch non-touch, and a 14-inch non-touch model. The top-tier Galaxy Book 6 is equipped with a 16-inch WUXGA (1,920x1,200 pixels) IPS touchscreen, which can reach up to 350 nits in brightness. The Samsung Galaxy Book 6 utilizes an Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 3 processor with an integrated NPU that can provide up to 49 TOPS, along with an integrated GPU. It supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4 for wireless connectivity. The dimensions for the non-touch model are 357.1×248.0×14.9mm, while the touch version measures 357.1×248.0×16.8mm. Lastly, the 14-inch variant has dimensions of 313.4×221.1×14.9mm.
